To give you an effective and results driven workout, all private sessions and classes are carefully planned and professionally instructed. Classes are kept to a maximum of 10 people so that we can assure everyone is looked after and gets personal attention.
Sweat Garage workouts are designed for efficiency. It pushes you into an anaerobic zone by doing intense bursts of exercise, followed by short recovery periods.
